Tuesday, July 10, 2007.  The truck is loaded and the sun is shining.  After 610.9 miles of driving we arrive at Tony and Linda Jones's residence in Danville, Illinois.

                   

A few of the tools we will be using this week.

Larry with Creative Scapes out of Kentucky tells it like it is.

Work begins a day early.

The skid steer is delivered and the sod begins to slide into the bucket and into the trailer to be disposed off premises by Gary.

                              

Rocke' arrives and pulls a mistake we all have made at least ONCE in our lifetime.

                     

The pond is measured up.

    

More equipment is delivered by Big R.

                                       

Trucks, trucks, and more trucks.

Everyone has a job to do, even the smallest contractor on site.

 

Linda enjoys the "Koi Nation" magazine.

Track hoe goes to work.

             

      

Fantastic, product arrives.  Now the work can really begin.

Supper at Gary's In-law's Thursday night.

            

       

Marsters Sign Company donated the Ponditat For Humanity banner.

    

Work begins on Thursday morning.  Everyone has a specific task to do.

              

           

How many guys does it take to hang a banner?

               

Work resumes on building the new waterfall area.

              

     

First load of rock arrives.  We will be using 24 ton of rock on this project.

    

Watch out, the rocks are falling.

                         

IPPCA President Rocke' Huntington presents Secretary/Treasurer Gloria Jones with the "Golden Shovel" for this project.

Gloria, Gary and Cathy enjoy a dance to the sound of the shovels digging out the first shelve.

    

Dave and Ben look over the "Flush" system on the Marlin Hydro Vortex.

Second Load of rock arrives.

               

          

Work continues in the "Fall" area.

          

The large rocks are carried over for the falls area.

           

          

Underlayment is going in on the "Falls" area.

Larry has lost a "SHOE".  How do you loose a shoe?

         

Forecast for 20% chance of rain this evening.  Preparation begins for rain predicted.

                            

Let's call is a day guys.

    

American Legion Danville serves us Tacos for supper.

Michael is hungry and can't wait for the rest of the group to arrive.  He worked hard today.
