Saturday, day 3 was touch up day.  Larry started out by finish the perimeter of the pond, while Freddie finished up the left side of the stream.

Our first visitor of the day was Rob from B.D.R. Ponds, Lexington, Kentucky.  I found out that it was Rob that told Larry Moore about the situation with pond at Ashland Terrace.

I thought it would be nice to have a photo of the gentlemen responsible for Ponditat For Humanity 2009 being in Lexington, Kentucky.  The member that nominated Ashland Terrace, Larry Moore, and the two ladies that take care of the pond Ashland Terrace.

More work was needed to finish the pond by noon.  Our goal as ABC Channel 36 was scheduled to come back out and take the final shots of the pond for their news broadcast.

Dave brings in more rock to finish out the pond liner edges.  Then Mike brings in the final load of gravel needed to finish up the waterfall and stream area.

Larry takes a break to cool off and have a drink???????

With the pond pretty much finished, it was time to release the fish into their new home.

This little fellow just couldn't wait until we left to visit.  He made several passes by us before he settled into a tree above the pond to watch us as we cleaned up around the pond.

More visitors stopped by as we were cleaning up and waiting for lunch to arrive.

Lunch has arrived and it didn't take long for the guys to stop the clean up and fill their plates.  Our meal today was a smoked pig, complete with Baked Potato Salad and Macaroni and Cheese.

Channel 36 arrived for the final video of the finished project.

The final shots of the pond before we all left to head back to our own state where it would be back to business on Monday.

"Thank You" to all that made this experience such a rewarding experience for all of us.  A special thank you goes out to all the ladies of Ashland Terrace that came out to visit us, the cooks that took served us delicious meals and to Ric and Kelly for being there making sure that we had everything we need.
